Battery life varies by model, but most of our electric scooters offer a range between 15 to 40 miles. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and speed mode will influence the total distance.
What is your shipping policy for electric scooters?
We offer free standard shipping on all scooter orders within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days via specialized freight or ground carriers.
Do I need to assemble the scooter myself?
Most scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few bolts using the included tool kit. Detailed instructions are provided in the box.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All our electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the motor, battery, and frame. Wear-and-tear items like tires and brake pads are not covered.
Can I return my scooter if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The scooter must be in its original packaging and have less than 10 miles of recorded use. Please note that return shipping fees may apply for non-defective items.
Are your electric scooters waterproof?
Most models have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and drizzling rain. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged or ridden in heavy downpours.
